By placing an order with Lot61, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All products are sold subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with updates published on our website or communicated via email.
Standard payment term is 14 days from the invoice date. Please include both your invoice number and account number in the payment reference for smooth reconciliation. First orders are shipped only after proof of payment. Late payments may incur 6% monthly interest or suspension of future orders.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 6KG for the Netherlands and 12KG for cross-border orders. For same-week delivery, place your order before Wednesday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM may ship the next business day. Friday orders are delivered the following week. Shipping fees in the Netherlands are €10 up to 18KG and €20 from 18KG (excl. VAT). International shipping fees and delivery times vary. Express delivery is available for an additional courier charge.
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days of delivery. To maintain freshness, store coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Lot61 is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from product use. Coffee may contain trace allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten) due to shared equipment. Lot61 is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or supply chain disruptions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes are resolved by the Court of Amsterdam.
