• You’ll receive your B2B login details shortly after approving your onboarding.
• All our coffee is sold as whole beans by default. If you need your order ground, simply select your desired grind size (e.g., medium, fine, coarse) when placing your order on the B2B
  plafform.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
  - Netherlands: 6KG
  - Cross-border: 12KG

• The standard payment term is 14 days from the invoice date.
• Always include both the invoice number and your account number in the payment reference.
• First orders are shipped only after proof of payment is received.
• Late payments may result in 6% monthly interest or temporary suspension of future orders.

• For same-week delivery, place your order before Wednesday.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM may ship the next business day.
• Friday orders will be delivered the following week.

Netherlands:

• €10 up to 18KG (excl. VAT)
• €20 from 18KG (excl. VAT)

International:

• Additional international shipping fees apply.
• Delivery times may be longer.

• Due to product freshness, returns are only accepted for:
  - Defective products
  - Incorrect shipments
• Inspect your goods on arrival.
• Report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

• Keep the coffee in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid sunlight and moisture to maintain freshness.

• Liability: No responsibility for indirect damages (e.g., lost profit). Coffee may contain trace allergens due to shared equipment.
• Force Majeure: Not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
• Governing Law: Dutch law applies. Disputes are handled by the Court of Amsterdam.
• Amendments: Terms may be updated; notice is given via email or website updates.
